Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for an Intership in Europe Retail Controlling based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the HQ Europe Retail Controlling team.

Main activities and Responsibilities:

* Support in the delivery of financial information, analysis and forecast to control business performance;

* Support in the preparation of budget and forecast and in the analysis of relevant variations;

* Participate in the definition and communication of targets and incentives for the Boutiques and in-store selling teams;

* Analyse current and past trends through specific KPIs in order to share the relevant information with the Management;

* Support in the launch and management of the stores' stationery orders, suggesting corrective actions to make it more efficient.

Key requirements & competencies:

* Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

* Ability to work in a fast pace environment

* Flexibilty, teamwork approach and problem solving attitude

* Excellent analytical skills and able to work against deadlines

* Precision, proactivity and flexibility

* Passion for Fashion & Luxury industry
