Europe Retail Controlling Intern

Dolce & Gabbana, a global leader in the luxury fashion industry, offers an exciting internship opportunity within the Europe Retail Controlling team, based at the Milan Headquarters. The selected candidate will join the EMEA Region Retail Controlling team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

* Support the preparation and delivery of financial reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to monitor business results

* Assist in budget and forecast processes, including the analysis of key variances

* Contribute to the definition and communication of targets and incentive schemes for boutiques and in-store sales teams

* Analyze current and historical performance trends through key KPIs, sharing insights with Management

Key Requirements and Competencies

* Excellent command of the MS Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel

* Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible mindset

* Team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

* Fluency in English, both written and spoken

* Genuine passion for the Fashion and Luxury industry
