During this 6-months internship you will support the Client Intelligence team in collecting and analyzing client data and monitoring client engagement performance. You will investigate both Clienteling and Client Communication initiatives to provide meaningful business insights to drive client engagement strategies. You will work closely with Clienteling, Client Communication and Regional CRM teams to run analysis and monitor performance to support the decision-making process.
Master's degree in Economics or Data analysis field (Statistics, Mathematics, etc.), possibly with a business background; Ability to perform analysis using tools such as Power BI and SQL; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written);
