Attività oggetto del tirocinio:

Sviluppo 3D printing HUB per Services Italia

Gestione procedure di processo speciale e di interfaccia con le piattaforme

Obiettivi formativi:

* Formazione specifica sull'utilizzo dell'additive manufacturing nel settore railway (metallo e polimeri);

* Sviluppo di competenze delle tecnologie di reverse engineering tramite scanner 3D;

* Competenze nello sviluppo di un processo speciale all'interno di una multinazionale;

* Principi di ottimizzazione topologica;

* Nozioni di DFAM;

* Capacità di utilizzare stampanti FDM e DLP

* Creazione e modifica di modelli 3D e 2D tramite SW Catia V5

* Creazione business model e costificazione pezzi di ricambio realizzati tramite 3d printing;

Requisiti:

Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica - ingegneria dei materiali - ingegneria aerospaziale - ingegneria industriale

Utilizzo CAD 3D

Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie di lavorazione materiali

Conoscenze base di meccanica e termodinamica

Saper lavorare in team con spirito di intraprendenza
