Banca Generali is an Italian leading company in the private banking and wealth management industry, able to offer its customers the best strategies and overview for effective financial planning and clients' asset protection through a cutting edge network of private consultants very highly recognized in the relevant market in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism.

The Family Protection & Planning Unit is Banca Generali's competence center with regard to the advisory on asset protection and generational transition planning, both by "inter vivos" and "mortis causa" deeds.

The Family Protection & Planning Unit supports the network of Banca Generali financial advisors on all asset protection and generational handover planning matters and manages the inheritance process.

Performed activities:
* Attending client' meetings regarding the preliminary analysis of civil and tax matters related to wealth transfer and/or protection, both on "inter vivos" and "mortis causa" matters
* Working alongside experienced professionals in analyzing complex family situations
* Provides support and advice on asset protection and wealth planning transfer tools
* Oversees the process linked to customer succession, checking and validating the documentation received, coordinating the activities of the various Bank functions involved

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Degree in Economics or Law with excellent academic results
* Empathy and sensitivity in handling delicate matters
* Strong attitude to teamwork
* Excellent proficiency with IT tools
* Intellectual curiosity and desire to master a complex and constantly evolving profession
* Problem-solving attitude and lateral thinking capabilities
* Collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow in a stimulating environment

Nice to have
* Focus on family law and inheritance law
