Logistics & Operations Internship - Shape the Future with Ariston Group

Since 2011, we've embraced World Class Manufacturing (WCM), expanded into World Class Logistics (WCL) in 2017, World Class Engineering (WCE) in 2019 and WCEx (World Class Process Excellence) in 2021. Today, all of our sites are part of this transformative journey-including our Osimo plant, proudly awarded the WCM Silver Medal in March 2024.

We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Intern to support our WCM program and contribute to impactful production and logistics projects.

Your Mission

* Standardize workflows: Create SOPs, One Point Lessons, and maintenance standards.

* Drive performance: Monitor KPIs and support daily Gemba meetings.

* Optimize logistics: Analyze and manage material flows.

* Lead improvements: Participate in Kaizen projects and root cause analysis.

What We're Looking For

* Master's degree in Engineering.

* Fluent in Italian and English.
