* Undergraduates or graduates in Management Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Position Summary

You will support international supply chain activities to grant smooth export flow from our warehouse and factories to our partners' and affiliates warehouses. Are you ready to be the next sparring partner for customs operation and logistics related topics?

A day in the life of a Logistics&Customs Intern

* Perform daily custom operation to ensure smooth shipment to partners

* Review custom documentation process and data gathering from worldwide partners

* Maintain strong relationship within supply chain, costing and other business functions (national and international stakeholders)

* Structure KPIs and reporting to support the international supply chain teams

* Support Direct customer's team or EU affiliates in the daily operations

* Planning and execution of ocean and road transportation activities in the second part of the internship

What will make you successful

* Curiosity and strong interest in process dynamics within a complex and structured Supply Chain

* Proficient in Excel (macros, Power Query), PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus

* Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance productivity and analysis

* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

* Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities

* Fluent in both Italian and English
