Your role

We are looking for a young talent, motivated, curious and, above all, willing to turn ideas into action, to join us at our Fedon facility in Alpago (BL). Fedon Group is the core of packaging production for EssilorLuxottica Group, Alpago site being its operations headquarter.

We love entrepreneurial people that take responsibility from Day-1 and strive to achieve their goals. You will put your hands on different challenges, experiencing what it means to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will join Packaging Industrial Supply Chain Planning Team and manage an optimization process of planning flows: through keeping relationships with different stakeholders, you'll map the existing processes, gather related data and elaborate them, find opportunities, identify gaps, propose action plans, implement them and make them successful.

If you're someone who has shown success in analyzing, diving deep into complex data, identifying process improvement opportunities and pioneering new ways to do things, we'd like to meet you.

Main responsibilities:

* Map existing physical, data and communication flow

* Gather data from different sources, elaborate and synthesize them

* Propose KPIs and metrics, based on data, to measure planning performance

* Spot opportunities for improvement (both in processes and in performance)

* Propose specific action plans to address improvement areas, implement and sustain them

* Get in touch with different stakeholders, to get their point of view and address their needs

Main requirements:

* You love challenges and you're a team player, with good communication skills

* You're curious and a quick learner, willing to dive deep into what you see

* You have achieved or you're achieving a STEM master's degree

* You're familiar with flow mapping techniques (VSM, swimlane, BPMN, …)

* You have strong data analysis skills, ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data

* You're fluent both in Italian and English

* Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
