Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Stagiaire HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at our HQ in Padova, with a specific focus on the talent acquisition process, contributing to the attraction, engagement, and onboarding of top talents in a dynamic and fast-paced fashion environment.

How you will contribute
* Support the HR team in managing the main functional HR processes, ensuring timely adherence to the established schedules as well as compliance with company and Kering Group policies
* Supporting Talent Acquisition activities across the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
* Drafting and updating job descriptions in line with business needs and company guidelines.
* Posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth and timely candidate communication process.
* Ensuring the regular update and accuracy of organizational charts and HR documentation.
* Preparing HR analyses, reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making processes.
* Providing general HR support by responding to employee requests and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Who you are
* The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in economics or related disciplines and/or master's degree in HR.
* Strong motivation to learn and grow within the HR field, bringing enthusiasm and curiosity.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.
* Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
* Strong organizational skills, process-oriented attitude, with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrates AI literacy and the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools to enhance effectiveness and decision-making, while applying critical thinking and sound judgment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
