Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Wholesale Support Intern to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, strong numerical skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in wholesale business and showroom environment. Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager Southern Europe, you will support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and client interactions, working closely with the Wholesale and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

* Assist with order entry, confirmations, and client follow-ups
* Manage daily client requests (e.g. product information, availability)
* Support reorders and swaps: extract stock lists and format proposals
* Assist with returns tracking and coordination
* Follow up on Visual Merchandising (VM) activities for Franchise partners
* Maintain and update internal databases

Reporting & Analysis
* Track sell-through performance by account and region
* Help compile monthly sales reports
* Analyze sell-through data to identify trends, bestsellers, and slow movers
* Upload and validate data on internal platforms
* Support the creation of ad-hoc sales presentations and decks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Educational background in Business, Fashion Management or similar
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PPT
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Excellent communication skills and confident attitude
* Previous experience in a showroom environment or client-facing role is a plus
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

Soft Skills:

* Commercially driven and proactive
* Organized, precise, and comfortable working with numbers
* Able to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
* A team player who interacts effectively with different departments (e.g. Customer Service)
* Curious, energetic and eager to learn

6 months internship with monthly compensation of 680 EUR
