In operations strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organisational objectives.

Role and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:
* Conducting market research to understand key business trends and develop recommendations;
* Conducting analysis of businesses to identify various opportunities for improvements;
* Development of reports/presentations on different topics;
* Assisting in the design, development, test and implementation of new business processes.
Knowledge and experience:
* Completed University degree in business field with ;
* Experience in financial sector, business consulting or related spheres min 1 year is must;
* Strong command of spoken and written Kazakh\Russian and English;
* Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power Point.
