Descripción del puesto:
* Support the planning and execution of company-wide employee engagement events and initiatives (Eg: town halls, employee engagement events, team-building activities and cultural celebrations)
* Assist in coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
* Help create and distribute internal communications related to events and initiatives, such as invitations, announcements and updates
* Provide administrative and operational support to ensure engagement activities run efficiently
* Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Good problem solving & communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
* Demonstrated creativity and passion for building positive workplace culture and employee experience
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility
