The Position

We are seeking for passionate student to join us as a Site IT Experience intern. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in Site IT support, as they will gain hands-on experience in a global professional environment.

Your Responsibilities
* Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.
* New floor setup of IT equipments
* New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
* Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation
* Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues.

​Who we are looking for:
* Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
* Passionate and energetic in information technology functions (IT Hardware related).
* Good communication skills with high proficiency in English.
