Job Description:

* Support planning, scheduling and execution of operator qualification activities.
* Coordinate qualification assessments and maintain qualification records.
* Track qualification completion status and follow up on overdue qualifications.
* Support preparation of TS Evaluation Forms 2.0 documentation.
* Assist in e-learning content creation, video development and training material digitization.
* Support E-Qualification 2.0 implementation and paperless training initiatives.
* Generate qualification reports and support audit preparation activities.
* Assist SFT Coordinator in administrative and project-related activities.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate pursuing Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation capability.
* Able to work independently and communicate effectively with shopfloor personnel.
* Interest in manufacturing operations, training systems, and digitalization initiatives.
* Proficient in both Bahasa Malay and English
