About the team The team support our Creator Ecosystem Development team, ensuring our creators team BAU and promote the growth of creators with TikTok shop. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Creator Ecosystem Development team. You will be involved in end-to-end agency campaign execution, performance monitoring, and events support, working closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Operations - Support agency campaign planning and execution. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (merchandising, affiliate, marketing). - Assist in post-campaign data tracking and performance analysis. - Work with design team to prepare banner design briefs and translate campaign key messages into clear visual requirements. - Monitor daily campaign performance and track key metrics. 2. Offline Event Coordination & Offsite support - Assist in organising TTS offline events and support planning of event themes and structure. - Coordinate and connect XFN teams in preparation stage, support offiste in flexibility - Prepare summary materials to share insights and improve future campaign quality
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled University student (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields) - Strong planning skills for campaigns & offline events, creative and good at brain-storming - Strong internal & external communication ability. - Good analytical thinker with attention to detail - Proactive, motivated, fast learner, and willing to take ownership of tasks. Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of the E-Commerce and Social Media industry is a plus (Campaign, TikTok, creator and events related) - Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets).
