Acquisition
* Assist in the end-to-end setup of paid campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
* Implement and QA (Quality Assurance) tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events to ensure data integrity.
* Coordinate with the design team to upload ad assets, ensuring all videos and copy meet platform-specific technical requirements.
* Conduct daily "health checks" on active campaigns to ensure they are spending correctly and hitting KPI targets.
* Maintain and update marketing dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio) to help the team visualize ROAS, CPA, and CTR trends.
* Use ad library tools to monitor competitor strategies and technical tactics, providing weekly briefs to the team.
Retention
* Support day-to-day execution and operational activities across VIP, CRM, and gamification initiatives, including campaign scheduling, voucher setup, segmentation lists, and CRM calendar tracking.
* Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Ops, BizFin) to manage campaign setup, QA testing, and launch readiness.
* Perform testing of CRM journeys, push notifications, in-app messages, and game mechanics to ensure accuracy before go-live.
* Track campaign timelines, monitor live campaigns, and flag operational issues or anomalies for quick resolution.
* Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Acquisition
* Basic experience with TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager (even if from a personal project or course).
* Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel. You should be comfortable with basic formulas and organizing messy data.
* You are "obsessive" about the small things-a typo in a URL or a wrong pixel setting is something you catch before it goes live.
* You enjoy asking "Why?" (e.g., "Why did this ad perform better than that one?").
Retention
* Possesses basic marketing knowledge with an interest in CRM, retention, loyalty programs, or e-commerce operations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrates a proactive learning attitude, curiosity, and willingness to quickly pick up new tools and processes.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
