YOUR ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and monitor the performance management cycle, including yearly goal setting and checkpoint follow-ups.
* Track and follow up on return-to-performance plans for employees with a "needs improvement" rating.
* Assist in updating and consolidating the monthly sustainability reports.
* Monitor and follow up on customer audit findings and related corrective action plans.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for the annual salary increment exercise.
* Administrative processes related to retention bonuses, patent recognition, phone applications, car interest subsidies, professional memberships, and other benefits.
* Support the benchmarking process by maintaining and updating industrial benchmark data for three entities.
Learning & Exposure:
The intern will have the opportunity to be attached to different HR sections (e.g., C&B, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) to gain broader exposure, hands-on experience, and knowledge across various HR functions.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Currently pursuing Master's / Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
