We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
Support documentation governance and testing activities by maintaining Wiki/Confluence content, improving knowledge assets, and assisting with SIT/UAT testing. The role provides exposure to IT support, business processes, and software delivery practices while developing documentation, analytical, and testing skills.
* Review, update, and organize Wiki/Confluence content.
* Maintain and improve SOPs, knowledge articles, and user documentation.
* Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and accuracy.
* Support SIT/UAT testing by executing test cases and documenting results.
* Log and track defects through resolution.
* Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
Requirements: 
* Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
* Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
* Required skills(s):
* Strong written communication and documentation skills.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Basic understanding of software testing and defect reporting.
* Ability to follow processes, standards, and governance guidelines.
* Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
* Preferred skill(s):
* Familiarity with Confluence, Wiki platforms, and Jira.
* Knowledge of SDLC and quality assurance processes.
* Experience in documentation management or testing activities.
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for documentation and productivity.
* Interest in process improvement, knowledge management, and automation.
* Required language(s): English
* Internship period of minimum 3 months
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
