Conducting a comprehensive physical inventory of fixed assets (CAPEX) on production lines in compliance with SOX procedures. 2. Performing field verifications to ensure consistency between SAP data and physical equipment. 3. Segmenting assets by value thresholds (above and below $100K) and coordinating counts with production managers. 4. Identifying, labeling, and verifying serial numbers to ensure the reliability of the asset database. 5. Analyzing discrepancies, performing sample checks, and preparing adjustment proposals (MAMA) for Controller approval. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Student accounting, management, or related field, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, good analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and respect for confidentiality.
