About the job
We are seeking an intern to join our dynamic team. This internship sits within our Digital, Data & IT Transformation team, supporting client engagements across technology strategy, operating model design, and enterprise transformation. Interns will work alongside senior consultants to contribute to research, analysis, and the creation of client-ready deliverables-building practical exposure to how organisations modernise their processes, platforms, and ways of working.
The opportunity
Technology Consulting business is a fast-growing sub-service line within EY's Consulting service line. A dynamic group focused on providing high-value independent, trusted advice to clients, with a focus on transformation programmes.
The Digital Business Advisory Practice works with clients in creating value and delivering world-class Digital, Data & IT capabilities to support business needs. Working closely with our industry groups and leveraging the EY brand as independent, trusted advisors, we provide our high-profile clients with a range of services including:
* Digital, Data & IT Strategy and Sourcing Advisory.
* Operating Model Design, Functions Transformation & Governance.
* Enterprise Architecture Services.
* Digital Transformation (including Robotics (RPA), Cloud, Analytics, Cyber, Mobility, Social Media, Internet of Things, etc.).
* Digital Portfolio, Program and Project Management.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Client engagement & delivery support
* Support senior team members during client meetings (note-taking, follow-ups, workstream coordination).
* Conduct structured research and benchmarking, synthesising insights.
* Assist with data analysis and visuals (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint) to inform recommendations.
* Digital strategy & transformation
* Contribute to technology adoption and sourcing assessments (cloud, tooling, vendor landscape).
* Support transformation initiatives across areas such as AI, data, analytics, cybersecurity, and IoT (exposure depends on project needs).
* Operating model & enterprise architecture
* Assist in mapping processes and current-state pain points; help design target-state operating models.
* Contribute to technology blueprints and capability maps aligned with business objectives.
* Professional development
* Participate in mentorship, training sessions, and continuous learning programmes.
* Receive feedback and coaching on consulting fundamentals (storylining, structured problem solving, client-ready outputs).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or STEM
* Relevant work experience is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong teamwork abilities
Ideally, you will also have
* Results orientated and performance-driven approach.
