What will you do?
* Customer service: Analyze and resolve issues and requests for our Carrier Management System, Blujay Parcel.
* Collaborate with regular users who utilize Blujay application for Sipping processes from Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers; Incidents and Service Requests resolution for Level 3, as setting new users, configurations, printer issue, etc.
* Document processes and training sessions
* Provide assistance with user support by addressing technical questions and resolving basic issues
* Help maintain IT systems to ensure secure and reliable service delivery across the organization

What qualifications will make you successful?
* Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent (IT related), and graduating on July 2027 or later
* Intermediate/Advanced English
* Basic knowledge of internal user's support, EDI message, customer service
* Experienced in logistics processes and/or systems (IP Adress, SAP, SQL Server)
* Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power point)
* Interested in learning about company's logistics processes, self-taught, proactive
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
* IIS (Windows library) - desirable
*Graduation Date: July 2027 or later
*Strong English Proficiency - MUST
*Hybrid Scheme (1 day on-site per week)
*Morning Availability
