What Will You Do?

* Consolidate, analyze, and visualize data to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.
* Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Help standardize PMO processes and practices, eliminate waste, and improve workflow efficiency.
* Explore and leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to help build the PMO of the future.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?

*
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, or similar disciplines), with an expected graduation date of July 2027 or later.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, PowerPoint, and AI-based solutions.
* Basic programming and automation skills (Python, SQL, VBA, or similar) are a plus.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Advanced English proficiency.
*Graduation Date: July 2027 or later
*Morning Availability

You will report to the PMO Execution Excellence Improvement Leader, whose role is to partner across functions to drive operational efficiency and superior project execution through process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement. This is an individual contributor role with significant exposure to cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
