What You'll Do

* Participate in EHS and Quality activities, including concern reporting, investigation, and resolution.
* Support the operations team in executing daily activities according to shop floor needs.
* Actively contribute to the development of action plans for potential operational scenarios, focusing on risk mitigation and productivity improvement.
* Provide support to the Steam Engineering team on technical and operational tasks.

Who We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of steam systems or industrial processes.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools.
* Experience with AutoCAD and data analysis using Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
