Job Description
Part-time position
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Interlomas General Offices
Work schedule: part-time with flexible working hours
Duration: 12-18 months
English Advanced
Profile: Active college student of any science or engineering major
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between June 2027 to June 2028.

Objective:
As a Research and Development intern at P&G, you will contribute to understanding consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategic business decisions. You'll work on real-world projects, applying analytical skills to uncover insights that drive brand growth and innovation.

As an Intern, you will:
* Lead via design and execution with excellence End to End support for consumer research studies for Laundry, Hair Care and Women's Care initiatives in Mexico.
* Analysis and translation of consumer data into clear actions that impact better executions of our brands/products in Mexico.
* Connect with the external market and the innovation ecosystem in Mexico to identify and bring innovative approaches to reach the Mexican consumer and obtain innovative information in an agile and frugal way.
* Design and build a system that allows data analysis, modeling and automation to allow agility in the identification of information and influence the execution of new markets for Mexico.

Job Qualifications
* You are willing to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México
* Graduation date must be between June 2027 to June 2028
* Strong English verbal and writing skills
* Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
* Real passion for building new solutions.
* Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility
* You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
