Insurance Sales Trainee.

As Insurance Sales Trainee you will be responsible of provide comprehensive support to the insurance coordinator and specialist in managing and developing the insurance business line. You will play a key role in implementing strategies that cover product setup and pricing, sales processes, communication, training, and customer loyalty. Additionally, you will assist in policy administration and renewal, market and product performance analysis, as well as organizing training sessions for our network of dealers and advisors. What awaits you?
* Support the insurance coordinator and specialist in implementing the overall insurance business line strategy, including product setup, pricing, sales processes, communication, and training.
* Assist in managing and developing the insurance product portfolio, including new products, services, and innovations.
* Contribute to achieving profitability, volume, and growth targets for the insurance business line.
* Support tender processes by proposing selected partners based on Group Guidelines.
* Analyze the local insurance market to identify trends, competitor behavior, and customer needs.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor partner compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
* Support policy administration and renewal processes, ensuring proper documentation and payment handling.
* Provide training and support to dealers, Financial Services, and advisors on insurance products and sales processes.
* Assist in pricing adjustments and implementation in origination systems (FS Quotator and DFE).
* Keep headquarters and local stakeholders informed about the performance of insurance products.
What should you bring along?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
* Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, insurance, finance, or customer service.
* Strong interest in the insurance and automotive finance industries.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support training and collaboration with dealers and internal teams.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
