Professional Trainee - Microwave & Power

ZTE Corporation is looking for a motivated Professional Trainee - Microwave & Power Engineering to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in developing hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure, power systems, microwave transmission, and renewable energy solutions within a global technology company.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Power Designs verification and testing of ZTE Power Equipment.
* Assist in Microwave Designs verification and testing of ZTE Microwave Products.
* Support Solar Designs verification and calculations.
* Assist with local purchasing processes and coordination.
* Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
* Provide coordination support with internal teams and customers as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering (graduated in 2025-I/II).
* Basic knowledge of energy systems, AC and DC power.
* Basic knowledge of microwave transmission technologies.
* CCNA-level knowledge (certification is desirable but not mandatory).
* Python programming and application development skills are desirable.
* Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical telecommunications environment.
