Scrum Master - Working Student ( Wroclaw)

Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can reconcile working with us with your studies. #OpenToYou.

Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw)

* Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
* Facilitate the Scrum events
* Participate in the company-wide and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
* Assistance in the coordination of projects
* Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
* Manage team backlog, item dependencies, and risks

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Active student status
* Good English, both spoken and written
* Knowledge of Office applications
* Open to hybrid work (Wroclaw office)
* Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban / Project Management
* Strong organizational skills
* Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
