About the job

Join our team as a BI Intern and help us improve business processes using modern data tools. You'll work with process mining (Celonis), task mining, and BI dashboards while collaborating with global teams.

What you'll do

* Support process-mining analyses in Celonis (event logs, dashboards, KPIs).
* Help with task-mining setup and analysis of user interactions.
* Prepare and clean data (SQL, Excel, Python - basic is enough).
* Build simple BI reports and visualizations (Power BI/Tableau).
* Document findings and collaborate with process owners and BI experts.
* Learn continuously and explore automation & analytics tools.

What we’re looking for

* Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills & English at B2 level.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python or process mapping (nice to have).
* Studies in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
* Team-oriented, organized, proactive.
* Open to feedback and able to manage tasks independently.
* Passion for data, digital transformation & process optimization.
