More about this role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern to support our Pastry business in Warsaw. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how production planning and operational planning processes work in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while developing both technical and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role, based in Warsaw for a duration of 9 months.

What You will learn:
* Production planning processes in a global FMCG company
* Operational planning and supply chain coordination
* Data analysis and reporting in Supply Chain
* Cross-functional collaboration with different business teams
* Best practices in planning, forecasting, and process optimization
* Technical and soft skills essential for a successful career in Supply Chain

Your responsibilities:
* Support the Supply Chain and Planning teams in daily operations
* Assist with production planning and operational planning activities
* Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports
* Help monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree graduates or final-year students in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills required
* Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL will be considered a strong advantage
* Advanced level of English, fluent Polish
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
