Responsibilities

Kick-start your career in international debt markets

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee to join our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions-working at the heart of a fast-paced, international environment.

Unlike many firms, our team combines both origination and execution, giving you exposure to every stage of a deal-from client engagement through to transaction delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to support client coverage and transaction execution. You will:

* Help prepare client presentations, proposals and pitch materials
* Support the execution of bond issuances and financing transactions
* Conduct market research and credit analysis on clients and new deals
* Produce regular market updates and insights for internal and external use
* Collaborate with product specialists and investment banking teams
* Assist with client onboarding and regulatory processes (KYC)

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of clients including corporates, financial institutions, and public sector entities.

* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
