About the team: The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU. As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth workstreams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach. - Assist the digital channel team in creating in-app notifications, EDMs, banners, H5 pages, and other seller outreach materials. - Manage, implement, and monitor seller growth programs, including incentives and championship campaigns, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and budget effectiveness. - Help with seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success. - Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or above, graduating summer 2026 or later. - Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative. - Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office; SQL or Python experience for data processing is a plus. - Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
