Objective of the role
Within the EMEA team in London and reporting both to the global Supply Chain team and Wholesale EMEA team, the Wholesale Assistant Intern will ensure a perfect coordination between the headquarter and the Local Sales operation (Wholesale) for EMEA in regards to key topics such as Seasonal launches, Order portfolio fulfilment, Warehousing, Transportation, After-Sales, Credit Management, Store openings, Market sessions.
He/she ensures the constant link between the sales administration and supply chain team (including Customer Service and Credit) and the Retail & Wholesale EMEA team in London.
The intern will also manage a direct relationship with Italian customers, supporting order follow-up, delivery coordination, after-sales requests, and daily customer service activities, ensuring a high level of service and alignment with brand standards. Supporting Wholesale Area Manager during sales campaign with market appointments, order uploads, Order confirmations, purchase orders, deliveries , returns etc.
This is a 6 months internship.
Main selection criteria: - Experience / Internship in Supply Chain or Sales Administration - Understanding of warehouses systems, credit control, logistics - Customer- and result-oriented - Sales oriented and good analytical skills - Team player attitude, good communication skills - Excellent coordination and organizational skills with strong attention to detail - Capacity to multi-task & work under pressure / shifting priorities - Fluent English and Italian is a must, French or German is a plus - Excellent working knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Previous working experience with ERPs (AX, SAP) a plus - Proactive approach in tackling issues and identifying solutions - Keen interest in luxury and fashion
