We have an opportunity to join our Real Estate team in Prague. The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

* University student currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Civil Engineering or another related field. Interest in commercial real estate industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Assist in gathering and compiling data related to the leases database, property management data.
* Conduct quantitative analyses to identify risks to the Honeywell operations.
* Collaborate with Real Estate Managers to prepare reports and presentations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders in English.
