Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team and cluster leader with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and CLM updates.
* Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
* Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
* Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good command of English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
