Job Description

► Support the operations, maintenance and resolution of server-related incidents (Windows / Linux) by following defined procedures
► Support the operation and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Servers, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
► Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues
► Contribute to automation and scripting operational tasks
► Assist with network-related topics such as basic network diagnostic, firewall rules, etc.
► Support IT security activities
► Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and architecture
► Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and learn server management best practices
► Document issues, solutions and system configuration

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

► Enrolled student in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Systems or a related field
► Basic to solid understanding of Windows / Linux operating systems
► Basic to solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
► Basic to solid understanding of Azure / Databricks cloud environment
► Interest in IT infrastructure, networking
► Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting
► Basic understanding of networking concepts
► Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a plus
► Interest in security topics such as vulnerability management is a plus
► Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
► Languages : Fluent verbal and written communication in English. German is a plus
