Job Description

Optimization of transport routes. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement. Daily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations.
Organizing of special transport
* Regular checking of traffic routes, including the procedure for sending shipments.
* Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions)
* Checking Istar status
Reporting (KPIs)
* Monitoring key performance indicators
* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
* Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement
* Detecting deviations
Tracking special shipments
* Daily tracking of all special freights
* Sending tracking reports to LOP planners
* Informing LOP in case of delay

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
* Advanced Excell skills
* Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
* Proactive and structured work
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Fluency in English
