Job Description
Responsibilities  

* Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly

* Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system

* Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT

* Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board

* Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines  

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel  

* Detail-oriented and meticulous 

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
