What You Do

You will be a vital part of the EB Services team, with responsibilities including:

* Assist Relationship Managers with daily tasks and client support.
* Gather necessary customer documentation for credit reviews and updates.
* Collate and analyse customer information to support reviews and marketing efforts.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects that support team initiatives.
* Learn and apply banking processes and operations relevant to EB Services.

Who You Are

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Effectively bilingual is preferred, enabling seamless communication with a diverse client base.
* Highly organised, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative.
