What You Do
You will be involved in:
* Gaining insight into Equities Trading Desk strategies and P&L generation.
* Exploring the interconnectedness of Global Markets through cross-desk exposure.
* Assisting in the daily operational processes of the Equities Trading Desk.
* Leading projects focused on automating and enhancing existing workflows.
* Developing and automating financial models and research reports.
* Designing and backtesting viable trading strategies.
* Creating data visualizations to support trading decisions.

Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate degree.
* Proficient in VBA and Python programming languages.
* Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven problem-solving.
* Knowledge of C#, statistics and data analysis is a plus.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach and a desire to learn.
* An effective communicator, comfortable presenting complex information.
