Business Development (Seller Communication & Content) Intern - Seller Engagement (Summer 2026)

Descripción del puesto:

* Assist in creating and adapting content across key seller touchpoints
* Identify and package useful seller resources for different communication & engagement channels such as Socials (Community), in-app (push-notifications, Seller Centre), out-of-app (eDMs, webinars), etc.
* Support the team in curating creative briefs and basic copywriting
* Support the team in monitoring, tracking, and reporting of communication channels performance
* Assist on ad-hoc projects and evergreen campaigns that include seller community management, acquisition initiatives, and seller events

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
* Excellent in communication with a clear and concise communication style
* Proficiency in digital marketing is preferred
* Detail-oriented
* Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply

The Seller Engagement team focuses on building strong connections with our seller community, particularly those without dedicated account managers. Our goal is to ensure sellers have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to run their businesses effectively on the platform.

The team operates across three key pillars:
* Seller Communications - delivering timely, short-form updates and announcements via the Seller Centre Dashboard.
* Seller Education - developing long-form guides, resources, and policy explanations to help sellers better understand and use platform features.
* Seller Community - monitoring daily seller sentiment in external community chats, addressing misconceptions, and managing our Seller Mentor network to support peer-to-peer guidance and foster a positive environment.
