Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* To work with the team to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited.
* To work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements.
* To assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs) include data collation and analysis.
* To assist with the setup and roll out of systems related to hotel operations, not limited to audit software and project management software.
* To identify and analyze ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
* To assist supervisor and provide support to the team on special projects as required.

Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management and/or other related disciplines.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic understanding of Hotel or Service Residence operations.
* Exposure to Property Management Systems will be an added advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented and meticulous individual to assist in business process mapping and documentation.
