The Role

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Mapletree Logistics Trust's Asset and Portfolio Management Team, working full-time from January 2026 to June 2026.

Job Responsibilities

* Update supply databases and conduct market research and analysis on trends, supply, and macroeconomic factors for strategy retreats.
* Update competitor data, including stock levels and transacted rents.
* Collate and maintain databases on asking rents and stock availability.
* Assist in portfolio performance analysis, including but not limited to financial metrics, occupancy rates, reversion.
* Support portfolio/ country-level reporting, including preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborate on digital transformation projects, including automation of reporting and data visualization.

Job Requirements

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. PowerBI is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
