Project Description
To assess the organisation's current employer branding effectiveness, benchmark it against peer organisations, and propose creative and practical campaigns that strengthen talent awareness, perception, and attraction.
Deliverables include:
* Employer Brand Audit and Peer Benchmarking
* Employer Branding SWOT
* Priority audiences and what they look for
* Employer Brand Activation Playbook
* Budget ranges with assumptions
* Draft content calendar with sample content
* Success metrics
The intern can expect exposure in the following areas:
* Understand employer branding as a strategic function
* Learn/apply basic research, benchmarking, and insight synthesis skills
* Develop stakeholder interviewing, analysis, and presentation skills
* Translate insight into executable campaign ideas with budgets
