Key Responsibility Areas:
* Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
* Synthesize complex information to identify the key challenges and diagnose the problem
* Identify potential solutions to solve the problems and challenges faced
* Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner to share the findings and project updates
* Project management - various initiatives setup and to be setup for future
* Project tracking - scheduling, agenda preparation, outcome documentation & tracking

Capabilities and Qualifications:
* MBA & BBA preferred. Other business degrees such as marketing, economics, finance etc. will be considered
* Excellent Communication, Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel Skills
* Project Management Skills
* Comfortable with ambiguous ever-changing situations
* Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
* Understanding of design and communication principles
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
