Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) TikTok Live is a world-leading live streaming platform serving hundreds of millions of users globally. By joining us, you will step into one of the industry's most challenging environments, characterized by massive scale, high concurrency, and complex global adversarial scenarios. You will protect the safety and financial security of our global community, setting new benchmarks for industry risk control. Responsibilities - Responsible for the content ecosystem of TikTok LIVE; independently identify issues, break down objectives, and drive their achievement to ensure the healthy development of the business content ecosystem. - Possess unique insights into the content domain; identify risk patterns and fraud rings by analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data to design automated adversarial strategies. - Develop forward-looking risk control strategies based on data-driven decisions, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effectiveness of risk solutions. - Collaborate with tech teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance measurement systems; design scalable risk control products and services that support various business lines. - Engage with various business, operation, algorithm, and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus. - Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability, and a results-driven mindset. - Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to embrace challenges and strive for excellence. Preferred Qualifications - Relevant work experience in internet products. Experience in strategy, risk control, content safety, or related fields is a plus.
