You will protect the safety and financial security of our global community, setting new benchmarks for industry risk control. Responsibilities - Responsible for the content ecosystem of TikTok LIVE; independently identify issues, break down objectives, and drive their achievement to ensure the healthy development of the business content ecosystem. - Possess unique insights into the content domain; identify risk patterns and fraud rings by analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data to design automated adversarial strategies. - Develop forward-looking risk control strategies based on data-driven decisions, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effectiveness of risk solutions. - Collaborate with tech teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance measurement systems; design scalable risk control products and services that support various business lines. - Engage with various business, operation, algorithm, and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus. - Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability, and a results-driven mindset. - Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to embrace challenges and strive for excellence. Preferred Qualifications - Relevant work experience in internet products. Experience in strategy, risk control, content safety, or related fields is a plus.
