About the team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group. About Role The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy and identifies growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions and methodologies. We nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team, providing holistic solutions that integrate product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights. As a GTM Strategy & Analytics Intern, you'll work with GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, build strategic frameworks, and support regional programs that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and vertical-specific insights. - Support the development of GTM strategies, regional playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks for priority verticals and product initiatives. - Analyze client portfolio composition, revenue mix, and account health metrics to inform strategic prioritization and resource allocation. - Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate new programs, product launches, or market expansion opportunities. - Monitor competitor activity and platform developments to provide forward-looking recommendations to leadership. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence - Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track regional performance, program health, and key business metrics. - Perform deep-dive quantitative analysis on campaign performance, client behavior, and sales funnel metrics to uncover actionable insights. - Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools to answer complex business questions. - Translate data findings into clear narratives and visualizations for leadership reviews and business planning sessions. Program Management & Operations Support - Support the execution of regional initiatives, vertical acceleration programs, and product adoption campaigns. - Track program KPIs, milestone progress, and cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks and recommending course corrections. - Build project trackers, workflow templates, and standardized reporting frameworks to improve operational efficiency. - Conduct post-mortem analysis on completed programs to document learnings and scale best practices. - Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to align on regional priorities and execution plans. Stakeholder Enablement & Communication - Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership and cross-functional audiences. - Support the creation of enablement materials, training content, and knowledge-sharing resources for regional teams. - Assist in synthesizing feedback from field teams into actionable insights for product, policy, or process improvements

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ads platforms. - Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and how to optimize against them across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives. - Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination. - Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards), with ability to extract actionable insights from platform data. - Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver. - English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others. - Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters. Preferred Qualifications - Strong quantitative and analytical background, with coursework or experience in statistics, economics, business analytics, data science, or related fields. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a strong plus. - Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, and derive actionable recommendations from data. - Experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, business analytics, or tech company internships - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect quantitative insights to commercial outcomes. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives. - Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. - Experience building dashboards, reports, or BI solutions in professional or academic settings. - Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing based on impact and urgency
