About Global Payment The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From January to June (onboard by 12 Jan 2026) - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in ByteDance's technical online assessment. - Develop high-quality software design and architecture for global payment systems; - Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle; - Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code; - Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting; - Review and debug code; Perform validation and verification testing; - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve our products; - Document development phases and monitor systems; - Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; - Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages - Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter. - Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver; - Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
