Talent Acquisition Intern - Engineering Recruitment Team (Fall 2025)

Descripción del puesto:

* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
* Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
