*Summary: Apply data analytics and digital solutions to Facility Control and SMART Facility systems to improve reliability, safety, sustainability, and productivity in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
*Department: Facilities Engineering - Instrumentation & Control (Fab10W)
*Project Title: Reliability Enhancement, Sustainability & Productivity(AI) Smart Facility Control Projects
*Project Description: Smart Facility systems integrate control, instrumentation, life safety, and digital technologies to enable safer, more reliable, and more efficient fab operations. This project focuses on Smart Facility Control solutions that enhance system intelligence, asset health visibility, and operational decision-making across Facilities infrastructure. Data and system insights are used to support proactive monitoring, automation, and reliability improvements for critical Facility systems.
1. Support Smart Facility Control initiatives for PLC, LSS, FAS, and instrumentation systems
2. Contribute to system reliability, sustainability, and productivity improvements through smarter control and monitoring solutions
3. Gain hands-on exposure to Facility Control system testing (FAT / SAT), integration, and engineering troubleshooting
*Scope: Data analysis, trend monitoring, basic modeling, and system performance correlation for Facility Control systems.
*Deliverables: Analytics outputs, improvement insights, and technical documentation supporting Facility reliability and safety.
*Impact of Project: Enhanced Facility system reliability, safety assurance, sustainability, and operational productivity.
*Skillset Required: Problem solving, basic data analytics or programming exposure, proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
*Course of Interest: Electrical & Control Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, Computer Science
*Duration Period: Minimum 5 months (June 2026 - October 2026)
